How to take mock tests ?

Before taking mock tests, you should confirm the following:

- Law 1: Your performance should be a true reflection of your performace in the PMT. Do not give test for timepass, you are wasting your time.

- Law 2: You should complete minimum 80% of your syllabus before attempting mock tests. Otherwise, you may get demoralized by your low performance because of uncovered chapters.

- Law 3: Keep a blank paper with you. A pencil or pen for doing calculations in physics and chemistry. You should not have any excuse that I could not solve this question because I did not have paper/pen. Remember law 1.

- Law 4: Give the test in a peaceful environment. Mimic the true process as far as possible. Remember law 1.

- Law 5: Give the test in 1 sitting. Many people have concentration problems (they can't sit for 3 hours at a stretch). You will practise this when you try to give the test in 1 sitting.

- Law 6: Try to give maximum number of tests at original PMT timings. You will set your body clock accordingly.

- Law 7: Take 3.00 hours only to take the test. Do not take excess time even if you know the answer. This will help you in calibrating your speed and question selection.

If you obey these 7 laws, you will get your true PMT score and not an inflated/decreased one.
