How to Avoid Stress ?

There are some tips to keep yourself stress free.
How to Control your Stress or how to minimize your stress?

1. What should you eat for breakfast?
Balancing food choices over time is what counts.Take your breakfast properly as it provides energy and makes your active in morning. Don’t forget to take your breakfast, otherwise you can find trouble in concentrating, so balacing diet and breakfast is very important.Don’t go for fast foods, they don’t provide proteins but increase your fat. Always eat healthy and nutrition foods. Make your body habitual for an apple a day. Eat only that food which prevents your stomach from diseases. You should also feel light.Parents should help their child and instruct them for healthy food.

2. Good and proper Sleep.Take proper sleep.
Many times it is observed that most of the students become mad for their study and don’t take proper sleep which is the one of the great reason for Anxiety and stress in examination days. Or we can say Insomnia. If you are not able to take proper sleep you need a doctor. Consult with your doctor.

3. Physical activity and Yoga. Do yoga and exercise every day.
It will increase your concentration power and makes your body internally strong for fighting with diseases. It is very important to keep your self physically and mentally fit. Remember, a healthy mind dwells in a healthy body !! Physical fitness includes muscles strengths, body composition, and body flexibility and mental fitness. Also play your favorite game it will help you to be tension free.
